Our combined baby massage and baby yoga classes run in small, cosy groups so you and your little one can learn, bond, and enjoy a calm weekly routine together.

Classes are booked as a block to help you feel confident with the techniques and to keep the group consistent as we build week by week.

- Gentle baby massage routines to support digestion, relaxation and bonding
- Baby yoga movements to help with strength, flexibility and body awareness
- Calming breathing techniques and grounding moments for parents
- Time to connect with other parents in a relaxed, supportive space
- Take-home sheets so you can continue the routines between sessions
