Hi, Iβm Millie, a new mum and certified pilates teacher & baby massage/yoga instructor passionate about helping other mums find calm and connection in the early days of motherhood. Through gentle touch, mindfulness, and movement I create nurturing spaces where you and your baby can relax, bond, and simply enjoy the moment together.
